Returns and Exchanges

Client satisfaction is our priority at PinkiBlue.

An exchange or a credit note will be provided if the following conditions are met, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  1. In store with the invoice for the product or by mailing the product (at the expense of the customer) with a copy of the invoice or invoice number.

  2. All returned products must be unused and kept in its original packaging with intact labels.

Please note that original shipping fees charged when sending the order out are non-refundable.

For safety and or hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Strollers, car seats, high chairs, 

  • Furniture, cradles, bassinets, mattresses

  • Carriers, breast pumps, personal care products

  • Sale items and special orders

  • Items that have been assembled or modified

  • Security products and security gates

  • Bedding (including Bouton Jaune)

After 30 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean.

In-store products marked as 'Liquidation' are only available for exchange for other liquidated products.
