Our online store is open 24 hours a day every day of the week, including week-ends and holidays. Our phone line however is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm Eastern time. We process and ship orders during weekdays. All in stock orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer free ground shipping across Canada on all orders greater than $250.00
Orders are insured and shipped through UPS, FEDEX, GoJit, Sameday, Canpar or Canada Post. Pinkiblue reserves the right to choose the most suited carrier to deliver the orders.
We require a signature for all deliveries. Clients cannot waive signature delivery and we do not ship to PO boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Boutique Pinkiblue wants to ensure that its customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange, simply return the merchandise unused in its original condition and packaging within 10 days. We will either exchange the product, refund your payment or provide a online store credit.
Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus our shipping costs, except as stated below:
There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, including all furniture, bedding, mattresses, custom orders, strollers and items on sale.
The client is responsible for the shipping cost (both ways) on all exchanged/returned items unless there is a defect.
Procedure to return an item:
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA).
Step 1: Call 514-678-7121. A customer service representative will give you a return authorization number (RA number).
Step 2: Select a carrier of your choice. Affix a label to the box with the return address and the RA number on it. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING DIRECTLY ON THE BOX.
Step 3: Your credit card will be credited (please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process the return). Otherwise we will provide an online Credit.
The shipping cost for the return and exchange will be at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for a mistake.
Damaged or lost items:
Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from the outside, reject the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and contact us as soon as possible.
You must report any damaged or broken items to Boutique Pinkiblue within 5 business days of the delivery date. Do not discard the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.
